Annual member meeting 2025
Please note that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is divided into two parts.
For several years, the Swedish Surfing Federation has used a “split” AGM. By electing the board at the first meeting, which takes place before the turn of the year, newly elected board members are given time to settle into their roles.
The second meeting handles the financial reporting of the federation as well as the activities carried out during the previous year.
The Surfing Federation is composed of local clubs, and it is therefore the clubs that hold voting rights. This means that one pre-registered representative from each club’s board will carry the voting right at the meeting.

Required information: club name, name of the participating person, and their email address.
Deadline for registration: Wednesday, 29 November.
